Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain, vanilla or Greek yogurt
1/4 cup fruit, chopped — berries, bananas, peaches, whatever you have on hand
1/4 cup granola
Optional: nuts or seeds, honey or maple syrup to taste

Instructions:
