Cadbury Two-Minute Cup Cakes



Ingredients


· 60 g butter

· ¼ cup caster sugar

· 1 tablespoon Cadbury Bournville Cocoa

· 1 egg, beaten

· ½ cup self-raising flour

· 8 marshmallows

Method

Melt the butter in a large microwave proof bowl on High (100% power) for 30 seconds.

Add the sugar and cocoa. Mix well to dissolve any lumps.

Add the egg and flour, and stir through with a fork.

Spoon the mixture into eight triple thickness paper patty pans. Place around the edge of the microwave turntable and cook on High for 1 minute.

Place a whole marshmallow on the top of each cup cake. Cook on High for 30 seconds or until the marshmallow begins to melt. Remove from the oven immediately.

Leave to cool.
